I noticed a significant increase in endurance as well as feeling hydrated at the gym during my workout. I especially loved the strawberry flavor! I highly recommend this product!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tastes exactly like gummy sour peach rings in liquid form! This was my first time trying BCAA ever and I found that this doesn't give me the tingly, numbness that preworkout sometimes does. I also definitely felt the endurance aspect because I didn't have the heart racing energy, but I felt the strength and power to go hard. For reference, I am 5'5 and 150lbs, and do moderate to intense workouts 5-6x weekly! I think this product great for a range of ages and experience levels and I totally recommend it I honestly can't wait to try more flavors and products when I can!

Personally, I mix my BCAA's with creatine to sip on while doing my workout. My favorite is the peach rings flavor or sour gummies!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I have bought and tried the Sour Gummies flavor and the Hawaiian Shaved Ice. I think I prefer Sour Gummies, but both are fine. I really do think BCAAs help with my recovery and reducing soreness after a lift day. I just wish this product came in more flavors! There are so many Pre-Workout/Energy options and so few of the products that aren't caffeinated.
