Superior to other products for sure. We have tried multiple different brands and these are definitely our go to. This was my first time trying BCAA ever and I found that this doesn't give me the tingly, numbness that preworkout sometimes does. I also definitely felt the endurance aspect because I didn't have the heart racing energy, but I felt the strength and power to go hard. For reference, I am 5'5 and 150lbs, and do moderate to intense workouts 5-6x weekly! I think this product great for a range of ages and experience levels and I totally recommend it I honestly can't wait to try more flavors and products when I can!

The flavor is not too sweet, and it provides the energy I need to get through a heavy lift without making me jittery or feel off. Definitely switching to this BCAA. Plus, I like the packaging. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing supplement! I take it after a workout at home or at the gym. It's small enough to carry and it leaves me feeling hydrated, reduces my soreness and makes my skin glow and radiate. Sour gummies is my favorite flavor to mix with Super Greens!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I have bought and tried the Sour Gummies flavor and the Hawaiian Shaved Ice. I think I prefer Sour Gummies, but both are fine. I really do think BCAAs help with my recovery and reducing soreness after a lift day. I just wish this product came in more flavors! There are so many Pre-Workout/Energy options and so few of the products that aren't caffeinated.
