I love this pre-workout! It gives me the energy I need to get through my workout especially on heavy days! Most of the time I don't get the itchy side effect. Best of all the flavors are delicious! I've tried the following: Witches' Brew (caramel apple) Hawaiian Shaved Ice (fruity) - my favorite Rainbow candy (favors Skittles) Don't be a beachhead (smells like coconut, tastes like cherry)

The flavor is really good! Love the lemonade and it's my first time purchasing! It arrived with no issues and my whole order was there! I recommend this flavor!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were hoping that the Island Crush flavor would be a game changer but we just didn't love the flavor. While the effects were just as amazing as other energy product from Alani, we will look for a different flavor.
This rating is not for the taste, it is for the customer service and packaging, first and foremost I have ordered before so not my first order, nor is it my first order messed up, that is my biggest complaint, I wanted the witches brew, I did not get the witches brew I got cosmic stardust, I did not return it bc I was already out of pre workout and it took over 2 weeks to get this shipment and for it to be the wrong flavor when I hoped for the other...not satisfied. Product seal seemed to have been open but I do not know if that was from me or not just a small seal Opening, but already had product crusted around lid and was hard to open ... Some big clumps in powder already when I just opened it. Which was much like my other order I had big clumps when I got it. No smoothe powder. As for the energy, I have do not get any energy from the cosmic stardust pre workout, I have actually taken the opposite route and been tired. I have tried it on empty stomach and I've tried with food then an hour or so later pre-workout mix. Still no energy. Sad to say I was excited for it and now, not so much. May have been my last order
