Family really likes this cornbread mix
Albers Yellow Corn Meal has always been my go to cornmeal to keep on hand. The cornbread recipe on the back of the box is one I’ve been using since I was a teenager. A no-fail easy recipe and so delicious. Also good for sprinkling on the bottom of the pizza pan. No stick.
My favorite brand . The right grind fir corn bread and frying fish and making polenta dishes.

This is NOT a 2-pack, though it says it is. I only received one. Just be aware. The product itself is good quality, but it makes it twice as expensive as you think it is.
I am glad I read some of the other one star reviews because I ran into the same problem. when they brought the corn meal out to the car they only had one box. When I mentioned that the online price was for two boxes to the people who brought it out they got the manager of that department and he told me he didn't care what the app said that the prices that they had at the store were what they were going by. So I took it up with customer service at the front of the store. Probably spent a half hour sparring with them. They were courteous and apologetic and of course blamed corporate for the problem. I told them that they advertised it as two boxes for that price...not one box. The per-ounce price was for two boxes. They needed to honor that price and argue with corporate about the the rest of it. They gave me another box finally. What should have taken 15 minutes instead took nearly an hour.

Buyer Beware - this item was advertised as a 2-pack, so I ordered 2 expecting to receive 4 boxes, but surprise surprise I only received 2 boxes, which made the cost per ounce double what others are charging, Buyer Beware.
Im from southern Louisiana and know good cornbread. This corn meal does not make good cornbread. I tried my moms recipe and it wasnt good, so I tried the recipe on the box and it still wasnt good. I use the Martha White brand back home but cant find it in san diego. I really miss that taste of home
