Amazingly good! I have made stuffing from scratch, used many different gluten free mixes, so I am very familiar with the ingredients. Aleias brand is good! The consistency of the bread is nice. I made mine stove top stuff for time saving. This is the plain flavor, so you need to kick up the spices to get that traditional taste, but no one could tell the difference. I blended mine with: Sage, celery seed, onion, celery, garlic, red pepper, salt, pepper, etc., and it was fantastic. So glad I bought the 6 pack!
This was a delicious alternative to "the regular stuff" and much easier than the scratch recipe I made last year! Shared the box with a couple of friends who have gluten and dairy allergies and it was a hit all around!
