Having lived in Europe for so long, I wondered why we didn't have the more effective, faster acting effervescent aspirin tablets like those so common in Europe. We have little tablets, powders, and of course traditional Alka Seltzer with aspirin and antacid properties (which I use also and really like) but not fizzy aspirin tablets good for more regular use. These meet that desire, plus I love the caffeine. The aspirin in this form works better for me, and caffeine helps pain and mood. This is my go-to pain reliever for my myriad joint ailments and other discomforts. This is a regular on my Walmart list. Thank you for coming out with this. I don't even have hangovers because I do nothing to have them, but rest assured this isn't just for those in the hurt locker.

This product definitely makes me feel a lot better within 20 minutes of taking it. I don't know if the ingredients are any different from Alka Seltzer Plus but I don't care. Two thumbs up for this product!
If you have a hang over, this stuff is what you need - takes care of headache and nausea in minutes!
I really love it it. I get dehydrated easily, and when I drink even a sip of alcohol it wrecks my whole entire life. I even drink lots of water around it. This helps a lot.
This is a wonderful pick me up for those groggy mornings. To me, it is better than a cup of coffee. I take one every morning, regardless of whether I drank the night before or not. This kickstarts my morning.
This is great for mental fatigue and wakes you up as well as clearing your head and making you feel great again!
This is the first time I've used a hangover remedy. I'm in my 40s and can't handle hangovers like I used to. I popped two of these little tabs into some water, let it fully dissolve and then drank it all at once. About 30 minutes later, my headache was gone, my anxiety was gone, and I had energy to do the things I needed to get done! I couldn't believe it! It lasted all day/ night. This stuff is gold!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wouldn't say that it helps with the hangover, if anything, I didn't notice any sort of change. I would say that the taste is much better than it was a few years ago and it's easy to get down. It does have a bit of caffeine, so you'll be away from it as one of its side effects. So he just drop it in your water and that's the normal dose that you'll take 
It is clever marketing to call it specifically "hangover relief" because it's basically aspirin and caffeine in a delicious fizzy drink. I suppose it's a bit faster since the aspirin is powderized instead of a hard pill andis good for more than just hangovers. If you want real hangover relief, drink water in between cocktails/beers the night before then next morning, add these Alka Seltzer tablets into a cup of orange Gatorade or Powerade sport drink that contains electrolytes, especially potassium. Even better if you add a packet of Emergen-C or Equate vitamin C powders with electrolytes.
