We both laughed the day I received this package, because the night prior, my partner had heartburn again. He told me that the relief was very fast for him following taking this product. Overall my partner and myself really like this product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a wonderful relief it ACTUALLY is! I'd not used Alka-Seltzer before but obviously am familiar with the brand. My heartburn is usually pretty painful and this did the trick for 24 hours from two tabs.
Cannot say enough about how much this product helps an acid stomach! It is my go-to choice. I always keep it in stock.
What I like about it themost is there is no asprin in it. It is just for heartburn and indigestion and so on. It works fast everytime. I highly recommend this product.
What can I say? This is hands down the best for immediate relief of heartburn and indigestion. We try to always have this on hand.

This is the most powerful solution offered by Alka-Seltzer to provide quick heartburn relief. I personally prefer the flavored chews, but the tablets are definitely effective.

My partner has stomach problems almost daily and she had recently taken to trying out Alka Seltzer. The product works for her but she said she doesn't care for the taste too much. My stomach doesn't get upset too often but I am happy I have this in case I need it now.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had heartburn so I took Alka-Seltzer Tablets. It worked really quick. I was amazed! You have to dissolve 2 tablets in 4 oz of water. I tried the original but I didn't really care for the flavor. Good news it was only 4 oz and it works fast. I would use it again. I would tried a different flavor next time.
I'm a fan of alka seltzer effervescent antacid, but the ones that have aspirin only. I prefer original flavor. I don't remember the extra strength not having aspirin and including maltitol in the ingredients list. It was to my surprise that there was a sweet flavor in the fizzy water and I was disturbed by it. I only drank half the alka seltzer mix because I was suspicious of the weird sweet taste. The next day I looked at the box and noticed it didn't have aspirin and included maltitol (a sweetener). It was kind of gross. My fiancé used them also and he said it didn't work as well for me as the extra strength with aspirin in original flavor. He didn't mind the sweetness. However, I just went ahead and ordered original flavor in the regular strength. They taste like the salt water I was expecting.
