The Alka-Seltzer Heartburn Relief Chews that I received free are so effective that they have now become my go to product for my heartburn symptoms. I frequently have heartburn many times through out my day and it really puts a damper on things. Especially when I'm trying to eat some of my favorite foods. It's so nice to know that when I'm having a bout of heartburn, I can just chew two of these and know I'm on my way of having instant relief. You really can't go wrong with these chews because they have a great taste without being chalky and provides quick relief so you can get on with your day. I keep these in my car for heartburn relief. Very reasonably priced and can be found at most grocery retail locations.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Alka-Seltzer Heartburn ReliefChews are such a wonderful alternative to the usual "chalky" antacid and/or heartburn relief options! The taste is great and I really like the almost gummy-type "chew". The fruity flavors are quite yummy and different from most fruity flavors ... either chewing a single flavor or being adventuresome and mixing flavors. Normally, I am not a fan of anything gummy or chewy! However, these are a pleasant texture, which really did surprise me. (This is 100% my own opinion and I did receive a free sample from "Smiley360" in exchange for my unbiased review.)
Before I begin, I must say that I received this product for free in exchange for my opinion. I have less-than-stellar eating habits and keep a bottle of chalky antacid tablets in my nightstand, desk drawer, and vehicle console for heartburn moments. I looked forward to receiving this sample as I have never loved the chalky tablets. The Alka-Seltzer Heartburn ReliefChews are awesome! There is literally no chalky taste at all, not at the beginning or end of the chew. These taste like a dinner mint, and have a texture similar to a Mentos mint. I used to take Zantac and this helps me quickly! It is easy to take and not chalky or gross! I would recommend to anyone who has a hard time with other products that are chalky and hard to chew and get down without water.
Love this product from Alka-Seltzer! I don't often get heartburn, so when I do it makes the experience even more uncomfortable. Especially if I'm headed o bed for the evening (which is when my heartburn seems to strike).The taste is far superior to other heartburn relief tablets. There is no chalky flavor and I found the chews to be much more pleasant in taste and texture. The chews reacted quickly and provided me w/relief. These heartburn relief chews by Alka-Seltzer are a savior! They're easy to take, you just pop a couple in your mouth and chew them. They taste fantastic, just like a candy. No medicinal taste or chalkiness. Relief is on the way in about 10-15 minutes. These are always in my medicine cabinet!

Now that I'm nearing my 40s, I've realized that any random food can trigger my acid reflux. That's why I got Alka-Seltzer® Extra Strength Heartburn ReliefChews® in my purse whenever and wherever I go. I chew it slowly to release the juices and in 10 minutes, the reflux and nausea is gone. The only downside is that I'm not a big fan of some of its flavors but it's just a minor thing compared to the positive effects that it has served me.
I have had the unpleasant experience taking chalky Medicines for heartburn for many years. I gladly accepted the Alka Seltzer Chews for free from Smiley360 to try. They do work quickly but I wasn't all too happy with the sugary coating. They have corn syrup as an ingredient and to be honest I would rather have a chalky taste than a sugary coating that my dentist has discouraged against. This would be something I would use if I didn't have something else on hand but this isn't something I would purposely purchase and keep stocked. I appreciate the opportunity to try these and yes they are 100% effective so it is a good option for someone wanting fast relief or prevent unwanted heartburn.
