this is the best antacid EVER. i w would not take an antacid and less totally desperate because I could not stand that chalky mint flavor. then I discovered Alka-Seltzer chews. I was doing a mystery shop one night and my job was to purchase these and give my opinion. that's been over a year ago we purchased them regularly and I will take them anytime. my husband has Barrett's esophagus and a bad reflux issue and these work faster than any antacid he has ever tried. a plus 💯
I was having GERD issues on a daily basis. Felt like an air bubble was in my throat. These taste great and work. I keep them in my purse. Make sure to get the ones that say Heartburn+Gas Relief.
My husband gets bad heartburn due to GERD and these mitigate the symptoms for him so he can get to sleep at night. Indispensable in our household. Other antacids don't work at all for him at all so its worth the extra few dollars.
These taste really good and are so helpful for when I eat pizza or anything that's spicy %26 creamy, which those two things seem to be combined fairly often.
Out of all the products out there on the market, the Alka-Seltzer heartburn plus gas chews are the very best. They taste good, but they are effective. They're not very expensive, but they are well worth it!

These are so much better than the chalky things that I can barely stand to choke down. They provide quick relief from heartburn too.
These not only taste good they do help a bit. I havent found anything to help completely (except alka seltzer gum which they discontinued) but this does help some. For now I recommend it as its better than nothing. But I do wish the gum would cone back. Its easier to carry in your pocket than chews that get sticky!! For those also missing the gum try Chooz gum it may help. Its not as good but same as alka seltzers was its in foil so you can put them in your pocket.
The taste and texture of these is like candy, I love taking them. However they don't take care of my heartburn every time but, when they work, I'm happy.
