One of my favorites. Tastes almost as good as a lot of candies but really does the trick for me in relieving heartburn symptoms. Being vegetarian also worked for me but being im home with meat eaters during a pandemic I dont always want to make myself meatfree or vegan meals so the heartburn returns now from time to time
I really like using these for my heart burn. There is no chalk taste or that thick paste Consistency in your mouth. Works pretty fast and very well!
I like these heartburn chews. The taste and flavor is better than other brands I have tried. They are really chewy though. It is also cheaper priced than other brands. They help a lot with my heart burn. I have had no side effects.
The cost was the least of all sites reviewed and it was delivered free in two days. Great job Walmart !

I have had acid reflux for 25 plus years and Alka Seltzer Gummies have seriously changed my life. Not only that, but they are pleasant to take, unlike the gritty heartburn tablets and chalky liquids.
Works great alittle expensive and never in stock for atleast 3 months at 3 different Walmarts not very happy with the company that makes them very upset because they work great but never in stock
The only thing that has given me relief.
What I cannot live without
I hated having to chew hard heartburn relief tabs and when i saw these gummies, i jumped at the chance. They do what they are intended for relieving heartburn. I live the soft gummy texture and I think they taste great, like a candy gumdrop.
