My son has Acid reflux, but tolerates these chews very well. With the crunchy coating and soft middle, I would liken the texture to a Mentos style of mint. He says the flavor is more like a fruity candy. But he gets relief after taking one of these, in roughly 30 mins. Since the dose is one chew at a time, the bottle last for a long long while.
I highly recommend this for children who dislike Peto Bismuth!
Got a bottle of these 2 years ago after my sister in law gave my kids some while we were visiting. Always seem to help my kids stomach problems. Whether it's gas or nausea, they seem to help. Kids love the flavor too. Def would recommend.

My 10 yr old likes the taste of these and will chew one with no complaints. Much better than a tums of any flavor or type. They do seem to help settle his stomach in a short amount of time. We will keep these stocked at our house.

I'm still deciding how effective these are. Kids will eat them as needed but they're really chewy and not very flavorful so they don't exactly enjoy it...
My son liked the flavor but had a hard time chewing it. maybe because he had a stomach ache and wasnt feeling like eating anything. idk but he said it was still good taste wise.
Bought for my son who only used once so far, for acid reflux. He said it didn't help, but feeling didn't last that long when I gave it to him, and he hasn't had that feeling since.
