I popped one of these into my sparkling water and my symptoms were gone within an hour. Will definitely continue to use! Taste was bearable but not great.

Within a few minutes, my heartburn is gone! I would recommend this product for heartburn. I love Alka-Seltzer; it is our 'go-to' for the occasional heartburn or upset tummy! I love how the tablet dissolves so quickly in a glass of water and works within minutes. The packaging is eye catching and the lemon-lime flavor was not too strong. I recommend this product if you have heartburn frequently.
