You will get the rest needed. If you don't like the taste mix with apple juice not water, but it works wonders for the cold symptoms.
When you first feel the slightest hint you may be coming down with a cold, just plop two tablets in a small amount of water. Wow, the next day you are as fit as a fiddle. These work great. Always have some on hand,
I am glad that I started using this, for it has help with my allergies. It seems to work very quickly, and does exactly what it says it will do on the package.

I can't stand the taste of these other liquid cold medications that either have a bad taste or upset my stomach. This stuff really works, I got a little bit of a cold going on Sunday and felt worse on Tuesday, and within taking the first dose on Tuesday night, I really felt better after taking it. I took the Daytime product inside the box this morning and my insides of my body feel refreshed as if I did not feel overly sick. I'm a busy person always walking outside doing something so I needed something that works really fast. This seemed to do it, and the price was right for the amount included in the box.
