I LUV these. Any day you're feeling a little acidic, just place a small strip under your tongue for 3 seconds and then compare the color on the strip to the color on the box...if it's bright yellowish, then you're TOO acidic...if it's bright purple(ish), then you're TOO alkaline...with that knowledge, then you can decide what to do next...either bring the acid up or get the acid down. LUV/LUV/LUV...now to anyone who says they don't work, just a reminder that these go in your MOUTH, not in the other end...kapeach.
I was concerned about my body ph and these test strips are easy to use for testing my urine.
I was happy to find these ph strips at Swason's since I purchase most of my health need's through them. I am trying to keep my ph balanced. I wanted the test strips to make sure I'm in the right range. The strips really help with that. The only problem I have is, for me, the cost is high. I have not priced them anywhere else so I can't compare Swanson's with other's. Being I test twice a day, I can go through them pretty fast. If your really wanting to know your body's ph level, this is a great way to test at home.

Followed the directions but nothing happened. Tried it a few more times thinking I wasn't doing it correctly. Finally googled this on-line and read that others had the same problem with this product not working.
