I really love this ALLSWELL pillow! it's adjustable I use it every night, I had neck surgery last year this pillow is very therapeutic. Comfortable for sleeping, watching TV, surfing the web on my tablet/laptop I like the color GREY too. Overall I'd definitely recommend!
This review is about the Allswell Versa Pillow. This pillow is truly versatile and handy. The Allswell Versa Pillow is actually two separate pillows that can be easily attached to make one unit. The two pillows can be attached by the five button feature. The buttons are plastic and attach securely. I am able to use the pillows separately for a variety of purposes, or I can attach them and use it for an even wider variety of purposes. The pillows are very soft and flexible. This item is machine washable in cold water and I am able to tumble dry on a low setting. The Allswell Versa Pillow is comfortable and made from quality materials. The craftsmanship of this item is sensational, and I am very satisfied with it. The antimicrobial infused fabric is not removable so I prefer to use a pillow cover on them. The fabric on my pillows is a light grey. This is a very unique design for a multi position pillow and I highly recommend it. The small pillow is 4in × 30in ×9in and is a rectangle shape, the larger pillow is 17in × 20in × 8in and is a wedge shape. This is an awesome product and I use it all the time.
The Versa Pillow is very comfortable and absolutely versatile. A very well thought out design. This pillow is actually two pillows connected by very secure and unobtrusive snaps. The 2 parts work interchangeably so this pillow can be used in about 12 different positions, depending on your needs. By just flipping it in different directions you can use it in so many ways. I find it very 'lofty'. It isn't a super soft pillow, one you might choose as an only for sleep pillow, but the loft makes it perfect for the many things you can use it for where you don't want to sink into it as much as you want it to support you. First, I personally like it very much for lying in bed to watch TV or read. You can do this in more than one way too. You can sit up against it so you are upright, or as I prefer, use the larger angled pillow under my back and the smaller on top for a headrest. When you're ready to shut the lights off to go to sleep, you can simply drop the smaller vertical pillow down and have a pillow for your head that sits at just the right angle for sleeping (especially if you're a side sleeper like myself) OR vice versa, sleep on the smaller with the angled portion behind it. I also like it for lying on your stomach. I have a bad back and as part of my yoga routine and exercises to help alleviate pain, I lie on my stomach but on my elbows, for about 10 to 15 minutes a night. This isn't always the most comfortable position to lie in though and with this pillow, I can get the arching that the exercise requires, but also be able to be propped up at the elbows ON the pillow and read, or be on my phone in comfort and with less strain on my arms. It is also perfect for propping your knees up (maybe if you're pregnant or need to, to take pressure off of your lower back) as well as lifting your feet, which is also ANOTHER remedy for people with different ailments. (raising your legs) Overall you can't go wrong with this pillow BECAUSE of it's versatility. It's nearly a household staple in my humble opinion and it is a joy to have. I think that the only thing I would like to see it come with or have available to go along with it, is a cover. Though I know it's antimicrobial, I would like a cover I can wash. Other than that, it's a perfect product. Oh, and if you have little ones they could use it for seating in a play area or TV room. Truly a great product.
I love this pillow. I have sleep apnea and need to sleep propped up a little bit and this pillow lets me do that. I like that I can change the position of this pillow and the cover comes off and is machine washable. This is a very comfortable pillow. I can't sleep on my side using this pillow though, I have to change pillows to side sleep because of the size and shape of the pillow but that's ok.
UPON RECEIVING, I WASN'T SURE HOW TO MAKE IT WORK BEST, FOR SUPPORT. THE PICTURE SHOWS YOU CAN USE THE TRIANGLE PART TO LEFT YOUR BACK AND HEAD, FOR COMFORT. OR IF YOU FOLD THE BACK RECTANGLE (ATTACHED WITH 4 SNAPS, AND IS REMOVABLE), THIS CAN PROP YOUR HEAD UP MORE, TO BREATH BETTER, OR HELP SUPPORT YOUR BACK. I'VE USED IT TO PROP UP MY TIRED OR SWOLLEN FEET. ITS GREAT TO PUT UNDER YOU KNEES, WHEN IN PAIN. OR JUST SCRUNCH BETWEEN YOUR KNEES TO ALLIGN YOUR BACK, TO GET A MORE RESTFUL SLEEP. KIDS MIGHT LIKE TO PUT ON THE FLOOR TO REST, OR JUST WATCH TV. A SPECIALLY MADE PILLOW COVER, WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO INCLUDE IN WITH THIS PILLOW. THIS WAY YOU CAN KEEP THE ORIGINAL PILLOW AND COVER CLEAN. OR OFFER A EXTRA PILLOW FOR SALE.
I have a terrible time finding pillows that do not leave me with a sore neck. I have only had this one a few days but I do not have a sore neck! There are so many features with this pillow or is insanely cool! It has tons of possible positions you can use it in. I have used it to sleep and to sit up reading, great both ways. It is also antimicrobial which is great for me. The best part for me is it is actually two pillows, the small part (seen in pictures) buttons on and snaps off. The wedge slowly inclines leaving you in a very comfortable position while sleeping. So far I love this so much. I cannot speak to if it holds up but it feels as if it will. It is not your typical pillow filling. It is firm enough without being too firm. I highly recommend trying this out. If you are like me and have a terrible time finding a good pillow this may solve your problem :) it would also be great for someone who needs their legs elevated at night. Also I sleep with a pillow between my legs and have used the smaller part for that and the wedge for my head. It is awesome guys! It's also grey so goes with everything without a cover
This multi position pillow, is very soft and comfy. i mostly use it propped up in bed when i'm working on my computer or reading, but it's soft enough to use as a sleeping pillow. It isn't super stiff like many wedge pillows. It is two pillows connected by plastic snaps, so you can use it attached or separate them to use as separate pillows. The entire things is washable, but i wish it had a removable cover that could be washed. My regular pillow case doesn't work with it. The gray color matches my bed perfectly, but i would still prefer a cover for it.
The reason I gave the pillow 4 Stars is because of the snaps. The way I'm using it the snaps were in the way. I turned it over and that helped a lot. The pillow itself is well made and the coving is soft. I like being propped up to watch T.V. in bed , this pillow is great for that. Like any new pillow give it a few day's so you can get used to it. I like it very much, but for the snaps.
If only they had removable, washable covers I would have given 5 stars. The entire pillow is washable, but a zip on/off cover would have been much easier. I have been using them separately. The larger wedge shaped pillow is perfect to use as a backrest when reading in bed. The smaller one I have been keeping on my sofa to prop my feet up when I read or watch TV. One of the big plus factors for me is that they don't pick up dog hair :) It just shakes off them. I have not washed them yet, but I think it will be some time before they need to be washed.
This pillow is a great idea but it needs improvements. The pillow can be used multiple ways but most people will use it as a back rest. As a back rest, it does not have enough cushion. It needs to be bigger because you still need to put a pillow behind it. It is great for a pillow, awkward if you do not remove the bottom part though. Great idea, it is very soft and is excellent for a pillow.
