Bought these for my 11 yr. old granddaughter. She thinks they are adorable. She doesn't like the plastic thing between the toes though.

It's a beautiful shoe but it took almost 2 weeks to get them and when I got them there is a hole in the fabric on the footbed. I want to refund them instead of exchange because I brought them for my granddaughter's honor society ceremony which is two days from today and by just receiving them, there is no time to try to reorder. Now I'm in a panic trying to find a shoe for her to wear...
Received these sandals in a shoe box missing the lid and the side ripped open. The one sandal had glue all over the strap where the rhinestones are and some rhinestones where falling off. No packing slip. Very disappointed. How could an employee think these sandals were in any condition to send to a buyer? How could an employee think it's ok to send without the top to the shoe box holding the shoes with the side ripped.? I would consider this a failure on the part of the company that packaged and sold these to me. Walmart or one of the companies they use.
The buckles are on the wrong side of the sandals. They should be on the left side but are made on the right side.
