This is built very well and seem to hold up well in stormy weather.
This is a great umbrella... very elegant. Have not had time, however, to use it much since I just bought it. I was looking for a solid red umbrella and this item came up in my search. The description said it was "Ming Red and Gold" and I wondered where the gold came in since it was pictured as a solid red umbrella. When I received the item, there was a gold paisley sort-of pattern mixed in with the red. I was surprised as I was not expecting that, but it is nice in any event and we have decided to keep it.
