I chose this particular formula because the listed ingredients closely matched the Herb-lax Shaklee formulated. I am very satisfied with this product, and will continue to purchase. ♥
This is the only Laxative I use or ever will use. It is wonderful!!!
I suffer from chronic constipation but thanks to TAM, I get the relief I need when I need it.
Works well.
Two tablets at bedtime makes it easy to go in the morning. I was using Swiss Kriss but the TAM is a better value and works just as well.
So far I have tried this once, taking the recommended 6 tablets at once and it is effective and gentle.
Requires 12 hours plus to work. Causes mild stomach cramps. Has a residual effect for a day or two, which I appreciate. I take the six tablets at bed time and the next morning "I'm good to go", .... so to speak. I would recommend this product, unless you can't abide stomach cramps. I have not tried the other method of dosage,two tablets, three times per day, it may not produce the cramps.
Be cautious with these. They have a high senna dose. Will cause stomach cramps and diarrhea.
