It has been in service over a year, no problems yet with the exception of the spray button. I called and sent email, received replacement parts - all is good. Will have to see what the working condition is in a few years.
The price was right, the quality excellent, and I received the item quickly. I was not thrilled with any of the faucet designs in the stores around our area, so I thought to give efaucets.com a try. I was very glad I did! I will look here first when looking to replace a faucet going forward...

Nice and high, makes sink seem even bigger. Elegant without being fancy.
This is a nice looking faucet and was very easy to install. The instructions indicated that plummer's putty was needed, but didn't explain how or where to use it. Googled that information and the rest was a breeze for us females to install.
Probably due to storage, the coiled tubing for the spray attachment recoils under the sink and makes smooth operation difficult. Installation very easy with the well-designed hardware.
didnt' last but 2 years. terrible for the price. very unsatisfied
