this a cute spice rack but the only complaint is one of the jars does'nt stand up fine because the wire is slighly crooked..but other than that it is very cute..
I like the product but I've had to reorder it 3 times now dew to the product having one wrong item in the first order and a chip in the glass top. The second order had all the correct parts but one of the glass jars was shattered. I am going to order it a third time if it's not up to my standards I wont order it again.
These jars and rack look nice, and materials seem to be decent quality. But the point of a spice jar is to protect the contents. The clamp is supposed to press the lid down to create a seal; however, this is not the case. The lids fit very loosely and are far from air tight. A sandwich bag would be better than these jars. I will be returning them.
My complaint is not with the product exactly but in how it was mishandled in the shipping process. I was unable to even take this item out of the box, for even though it was throughly wrapped in bubble wrap, the jars were COMPLETELY SMASHED. There weren't even any large pieces of glass left! It was mostly glass dust!
