I love these Amy enchiladas, they're so easy to warm up and if you do it in the oven they come out crispy and not soft and soggy like they do in the microwave ;which I don't mind eating them that way either. Yes of course homemade would be better but when you're working 70 hours a week like myself; who has time for that!
Seriously obsessed! These are so yummy! Absolutely love these! They are more chili powder forward.. not spicy hot tho.. I have a low hot/spicy tongue meter LOL! I buy these all the time! My kiddos are little vultures when they see me eating one.. It’s hard eating GF when most get to indulge with everything they want to! I’m sure if you are like me.. you’ve had to eat some crap expensive GF food before you strike gold on your tastebuds
im obsessed with these. like, always buying multiple at a time. theyre delicious and you cant even tell there are okices in there if youre like me and dont like olives lol i ate these for months before i actually read the ingredients and saw olives 😅
Wow! This has been my favorite gluten free option thus far. I’m new to the gluten free diet but this is sooo good and well worth the purchase.
These are perfect for a quick satisfying meal. You can always add to it. The sauce is so yummy. Be careful not to over cook or the tortillas can become very tough. I like to throw some sweet corn. shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes on the side. Great choice for those with food sensitivities if you can tolerate corn amd dairy. Not too spicy. One of our toddlers just loves these.

These are delicious especially for a frozen meal. Will need a side dish if you’ve a big appetite.They’ve gotten a bit pricey these days.
Do it! I cannot get enough of these. The taste or flavors are amazingly on point. I'm just glad they only come 2 per serving! lol Highly recommended

Consisted of rolled-up corn tortillas with absolutely NO discernable cheese in the middle. This isn't a one-time thing. I've been ordering these for a long time but I finally got sick of it! Because I've had to add my own cheese on top along with more enchilada sauce. For the expensive price is just not worth it for me to mess with it anymore! DONE. Do not waste that kind of $$.
