This palette is gorgeous! I absolutely love the grungy bold colors, there's gorgeous blues, greens, oranges, and a beautiful yellow mustard color amongst many more bold colors. These are very pigmented and the formula is great for the mattes are very soft and silky and the metalics are very buttery and smooth, the shimmers/highlighters were unfortunately hard to work with and had little color pay off. This palette is still one of my favorites but I sadly don't reach for it often. I would still recommend this, especially if you're looking for a more alt/grungy themed palette!
I love this palette for fall! Its beautiful rich colors , a very few colors blend funky but if you are good with makeup and blending they blend fine!
I had seen some negative reviews on this palette but I have nothing bad to say about this palette whatsoever. The shades blended beautifully for me and I absolutely love the color selection for fall, the greens and mustardy yellows are perfection. Would definitely recommend to a friend
I bought it at Marshalls store and mine had a cracked mirror and eyeshadow are in good condition very pigmented eyeshadow palette with eyeshadow primer. Only downside lots of fall out makes a mess everywhere.
Contrary to popular belief, I don't actually think this palette sucks. It certainly did not go over well in the beauty community when it was released, but I enjoy the shades. It's a very different color story, but has a time and place.
I love how mellow the shades are in this palette. Anastasia Beverly Hills Subculture Eyeshadow Palette is an essential eyeshadow palette featuring 14 edgy, full-pigment shades ranging from grungy ultra-mattes and duo chromes to bold metallics to give your eyeshadow looks an underground vibe This eyeshadow doesn't fade it's very smooth and I purchased it at a good price . This palette is really good .
This palette had a lot of 'controversy' when it was first released. I think it was a palette ahead of it's time- it packs pigment, which other palettes at the time didn't do. The mattes are pressed softly, so there is a bunch of fallout in the pan and on the eye. When I use this palette, I finish my eye makeup first. The mattes blend into each other pretty well. The shimmers are nice like most ABH shimmers. Cube and Electric are essential to most of my looks. I'm glad these shades were included in the palette. If I had a complaint about this palette, it would be to have more shimmers. It's wonderful and didn't deserve the bad press & reviews. Four out of five stars.
Main reason I purchased was because the palette has more matte shades compared to shimmer. I like the variety of different tones offered. Very satisfied with this palette
I love the anesthesia BH brand and this pallet is on par with their other products in terms of quality. But I found that I only use three of the colors and those are the shimmers – the bronze a gold and the shimmery white parentheses cube adorn and electric parentheses. The Matt colors are really dark like maroon and yellow Harry Potter in the winter sweater dark. And I would never wear them.
Subculture by Anastasia Beverly Hills has beautiful shades! I really like the colors, however when this came out i saw mixed reviews and i wanted to try it by myself. When i used it, i found difficult to blend the shades and it had a lot of fallout, that makes me lose product. It's a cute palette but it is not my favorite.
