I love this flat iron its so amazing. It has been used by me and many of my family members and we all love it. Its easily cleaned. I have had this flat iron over 2 years now maybe longer I absolutely love it. I have used this flat iron so much that the plate looks like I have removed some of the ceramic coating on some of the corners, but the plates still look nice you can barely tell, and it still works like new. I will be buying the 2in flat iron in a few weeks to a month. I recommend it to you all I love it.
This straightener does a great job and is such a good deal. For the price, it would be hard to find another one that does as good of a job.
I absolutely love this product! I was curious b/c I have REALLY thick hair that is ALL natural (I haven't had a relaxer in 3 years) and I did a dramatic cut into a bob a few weeks ago and wanted something to straighten it out in between my salon appointments. This definately did the job. Keeps my hair sleek, soft and fierce whenever I use it. I use to have the Conair 1" flat iron that did NOTHING to my hair except made it puffy and it looked a mess. Its trash to me because it does nothing, even on the HIGHEST heat setting it was a joke. My hair "holds heat" really well so if you have hair that does that also be cautious about the heat from the flat iron b/c your hair will burn your fingers. Other than that its a wonderful product. Haven't regret it since.
This flat iron works fine, but not as well as my others. It heats up very quickly and straightens well, which is good, but it leaves static. After I straighten it, it makes a couple of hairs stand up. But that can be fixed with a straightening creme or mist. I would recommend this.
I've had this flat iron for about a year and a half, it was good for a kind of an inexperienced buyer but now I'm going all the way to buy 100% ceramic plate flat iron, which are very expensive. This really is a good flat iron for the first few months, and may last longer depending on how often you straighten your hair (I do every day). But it definitely has the heat for any type of hair but the ceramic coating has worn off, it's worn off so much that I could swear I'm down to the bare metal plates. So if you can afford to replace this flat iron after the plates start to peel, or you aren't planning to use it everyday, this is an awesome iron for the price. But if you plan on having it for long term use, it's more worth it to buy a professional one for this one has completely FRIED the ends of my hair.
It doesn't seal your ends like an ionic iron, but for about $20 you can't complain. It heats up quickly and gets the job done fast. I'd recommend it.
This is the worst hair straightener i have EVER had. It takes forever to heat up and has the slowest heat recovery ever. This was my first hair straightener and i thought it was amazing but when i got a new one it completely blew this straightener out if the water. My new on broke so i had to go back to this one and when it only took me 10 minutes to straighten my hair with the other one, it takes me 20-30 minutes. My hair will stay straight for about 5 minutes.I absolutely hate this product and i will NEVER buy this again!!
I purchased this for my daughter a few months ago. She may have used it an average of once a week and it is not heating up now. If I had the package I would return it.
