I bought this for my husband for father's day & he absolutely loves it! He takes it running with him every morning and to work, when he can. It holds so many songs and is exactly what he was looking for! I am planning on getting me one in the near future.
Love my new nano! I like to listen to the radio at work and was pleasantly surprised that I get good reception in my internal (no window) office. Also, using this instead of the mp3 player on my Iphone keeps me from running the battery down on my phone.
The nano has great sound and lots of features. Everything works. BUT the interface with itunes is awful. It doesn't seem to sync up as it should. First of all it's really hard to get things into itunes (unless you buy it from itunes) and then the things that show up there will not all come into the Nano. I've spent hours trying to get this to work correctly and it's been very frustrating. Library books that should download (e-audio books) won't work and MP3 files from the internet won't sync correctly either. One book gave me the first 15 chapters and then skipped to the middle and gave me another 4 chapters. It skipped all those before and after. If you just want to use it for the radio and music, however, you'll probably be mostly fine.
Its really small but packed with features. I bought it for my daughter. She already owned an older version. She needed more memory. I think she likes it. She used up all 16 gigs right away. The touch screen is awesome!
