Sweet item. Glad to see they went back to the Gen. 2 button design. I wanted to buy a shuffle when the Gen. 3 was out, but chose not to, because of the controls in the headphone wire. The headphones that come with it do not fit my ears, so I had to buy something better. I could not do this with Gen. 3. That is why I would not buy a Gen. 3, and waited for the Gen. 4, witch is much better. It is very small and light wait. If you drop it, it stays connected, so you don't lose it when you drop it. (unless it's unplugged)
I bought a pink one for my 9 year old daughter for her birthday. She LOVES it. She SQUEALED when she opened the box. She felt very grown up to have her own ipod ;) I can fit about 180 songs on it. Works great, simple to use and very compact. I love that I can finally download songs from my imac for her. All her other MP3's were a no go :P Highly recommend!
I purchased the iPod shuffle in order to avoid having to deal with my iPhone end up getting tossed through the ringer while on the treadmill. I love the clip on the back that keeps the iPod in place and easily accessible. The 2GB is plenty of storage for daily use, and as long as I keep my playlists updated, I'm never bored or have to skip over. Highly recommended for everyday use, especially convenient to be kept out of the way and clasped to your belt or purse. And the price can't be beat!
I have an MP3 player for music but wanted something to listen to audio books... the Ipod Shuffle is perfect for me. I listen while I'm driving, on an airplane, doctors office or WHEREEVER! I'm happy!
This is a perfect MP3 Player for my granddaughter. She loves it and can now share music with her Mom's iMac and sister's iPod touch. It's very cute and the headphones are a good quality. A great value for the money, and was cheaper at Walmart online than in the store.
Wow, love it. I do gym for an hour 6 days a week. I had the i-touch and went to the shullfe. It is great. Good sound and easy to use. Con, I wish it had a better way to tell you the battery is getting low. when it tells you now - your almost dead.
This is my first ipod every and I love it because I use it at the gym and it just clips to my shirt and I can rock out to my tones and get a great work out.
Bought this product for my little brother for Christmas. It was a really great buy because for the price that I paid on-line I received an accessory kit with it for the same price I would have paid for the ipod alone at the stores.
well it just dont hold as much as i thought it would. ITunes is cool once you find out how to use it. If you got over on songs that will fit on ur MP3 player uncheck the 1s you dont have to have then sink.
I bought the IPOD SHUFFLE for my mother. I would not recommend this for people who are not very good with technology. If you are buying for an older person, I recommend upgrading to a touch screen so the person can see what they are doing. PROS: It talks to you when you push down a very small button, so you know what play list you are on. It clips to your pocket The price is great CONS: cannot see what song is playing, or what playlist you are on, so may be hard for someone who is not good with technology.
