This product is really helpful in many ways. First off I'll touch on the music which is the main reason I bought it. The Audio on this iPOD is a lot clearer to understand, and it keeps the same setup from previous versions, which is better then having to master a new setup. The camera is amazingly convenient as well! Even though it is rather small, the camera does play/record in HD, so that means I don't need to carry a big HD camera around with me, because I have the nice little camera on my iPOD, which I carry with me everywhere. The Facetime is helpful because I don't have a phone, so as long as I am by a Wi-Fi hot-spot I can use the 'mini-web-cam' to talk with my friends face to face. The Notes App is upgraded and smoother to use. And they VASTLY improved the double-click on the home button. In the old version, double clicking on the home button automatically opened Music, but not, double-clicking on it, brings up whatever four buttons you have in home-row (the four bottom row buttons that you are able to populate with whatever App you like) so if I am listening to music and I need to take a note, I just double click and the bottom row pops up, I click on Notes and am able to start typing. This is a really great Ipod that I highly recommend buying. I give it 5 stars, two thumbs up, and I send it to Hollywood. Final answer.

Shipping took awhile, but definitely worth the wait! Little irritating that you have to hook it up to your computer and iTunes before it's useable, but the versatility of this product is absolutely amazing! I definitely recommend it!

This thing is awesome. I mainly purchased it as a tool accessing pharmacy drug information. I used it to take pictures and videos while on vacation. I currently have about 50 apps and 50 pics on it and it has only used about 2 GB of the memory. I don't have a lot of music on it right now but the sound quality is good. There are external speakers when watching videos. It is easy to use and figure out. I don't have a smart phone and it was still very user friendly. The only negative is the shiny back cover. I could see the potential for some major scratches. However I purchased a cover right away to prevent this from happening. I would recommend a case ( I just have a silicone one) and screen protector. You can do anything an Iphone 4 can with this Ipod as long as you have a wireless connection.

This little guy has lots of memory and is so handy to take along. Keeps the kids busy when we go out to eat and they get impatient or bored. Will also be great for airports and traveling. We don't have a smart phone but this lets us have many of those conveniences like access to email and the net. It also takes nice photos.

BETTER PRICE ONLINE THAN IN STORE

Good quality product, although I think Apple products are over priced and over rated. If it`s just about the music, the Nano would be a better choice. I bought this for my son to put him off from getting a cell phone for a while. We got a better price online than what was available in the store. I would, and have recommended Walmart.com to others.

I bought this new model after my fiance put my old one through the laundry by accident. I absolutely love it. It does stuff that my old one didn't, including, but not limited to just the obvious new feature of the camera and speaker. My old one, which was a 2nd gen limited what I could do. I also had only 16gb and I couldn't fit all of my media on it, so i got more space, and evergthing fits. With this newest model I can even open PDF files off the Internet. I use it for everything. I'm even using it right now to write this review!!! Anybody thinking about getting one, should definitely go for it. Its a great purchase that becomes worth the money almost instantaneously.

I purchased this for my 12 year old son for his birthday and I'm amazed with all that you can do with this. It beats paying for data services through your cell phone company. I'm going to be putting this on my Christmas List this year.

I bought this I Pod touch for my daughter for Christmas. She wanted to upgrade for more memory. It has alot of features that her previous I Pod touch did not have. This new I Pod touch had the best price compared to other places. Plus, I was able to get a Wal-Mart discount.

The iPod shipped without one scrap of packing material around the item. Simply picking up the carton caused a very obvious rattling and I can imagine the box traveling from the Carolinas to New Jersey with the contents banging around in the box. Considering the cost I think Walmart would be more careful. Maybe I'm just not lucky but I will never buy another "Universal Accessory Kit" from any vendor ever again. So far I'm "0 for 3" in receiving a functioning data syncing cable from SONY, Walmart, and Garmin. I receive a cable that works with the charger, looks like the syncing cable, but does not allow for data to pass from the device to my PC and back. Very frustrating!

My old iPod nano 2gb 2nd Gen died on me a while back. I have a couple speaker docs and a couple radio docs for iPods that wont work with anything else. Instead of getting another basic iPod I thought I would splurge and get the iPod Touch. I didn't like my old one only being 2gb and since I have over 13gb of music on my computer I went for the 32gb Touch iPod. Right from the start I had nothing but problems with it. I never could get it to sync with my iTunes. I tried everything, up to and including un-installing iTunes and re-installing it, and even putting my music on a external drive to transfer it to my old desktop computer and tried using it to sync with the iPod. I finally got it to manual sync my music if I put only a few songs at a time on it. Took me 4 days to get about 4gb of my music on it, then poof! It dumped it all. Even paid extra for enough storage with iCloud so it could sync with WiFi. Still wouldn't sync. In the process I found that I couldn't even use the windows explorer to copy music to the music folder on the iPod because it didn't have any folders that you can look at except for one with a few pictures I saved from Facebook on the internet. Also, if I try to sync it with my desk top computer after using my laptop to sync with it, it automatically dumps everything on it. They, Apple, have it setup so that it can only be synced with one iTunes library on one computer so you cant share any of your music and put it on friends computer or get music from a friends computer. In two weeks of frustration and aggravation I never got to listen to even one of my songs on it. I finally took it back to Walmart and got my money back before I took a hammer to the thing. I took part of what I spent on this and got a Kindle Fire. Now that's something that has worked fine for me and was more than a hundred dollars cheaper. Apple products are just a bunch of over priced junk. With the Apple Support when I tried to get help with this thing they actually told me that I had to get a Mac computer to be able to use the new iPod Touch. And the iCloud music storage for WiFi sync would only work with music that iTunes had. For a lot of my own CD's that I had copied to my computer iTunes didn't have them in their store. So I couldn't put that music on it because iTunes didn't have it. I have a lot of music that I bought and downloaded from Walmart 12 years ago or so and none of that could be put on it either. Even the two hundred something songs that I had bought from iTunes over the years wouldn't stay on the thing after I disconnected it from my computer. It would show all the songs and all the information for them but in light print and not have the music, just the names and stuff but not the music. I will never buy another Apple product again or another song from iTunes or another iPod of any kind ever again.
