Great way to stream tv. Several channels You can download. Although, some are pay-to-watch or include commercials. 🥲 I currently have mine connected to the Internet.

Love it. Has Paramount Plus and Disney and Netflix,Prime, Pluto and more even can have cable tv. Has Smart home features that you can set up in Apple home app which are cool like asking Siri to turn on tv or scheduling times for tv to come on or etc. It comes with 4k HDR which is amazing looks good and sounds great with Dolby Vision Surround Sound.

Pricey but real nice

I bought into Apple's ecosystem and for the most part things work great for me, so it was a no brainer to upgrade from an old Apple TV to an Apple TV 4K when I finally purchased a 4K TV. The TV came with an Apple TV app (along with many other streaming services apps); However, the interface on the TV was severely lacking compared to the Apple TV. It's also nice to easily control it using my iPhone or Apple Watch. It also connects with HomeKit devices to act as a hub for other smart devices.

Another great Apple product!

Another great Apple product! I love this box. If you don't have a smart tv this Apple TV will turn any TV into a smart tv! You can have all your apps that you need to stream. If you stream stuff straight from your phone or other device then you can mirror it to the box and it works perfect on your tv. I love that the most about it! Everything is crisp, fast and clean as you get with all apple products! If you have a smart tv already then it's really just an extra apple accessory and not really necessary. Haha Great product as usual by Apple though!

Only Apple Device I Own.

I have and android phone and tablet and a windows pc, but this is far and away the best tv streamer. There are a few little frustrations if you dont have an iphone or ipad, but most can be worked around. if you have an iphone or ipad i think this is a must have for your main tv even if it is smart tv or you have a roku or fire stick already this just blows them out of the water.

Great product bad service

I love the product however the Walmart in bainbridge Ohio has bad service. Waited for 30 minutes to open up the case and get in contact with an employee.

Great but no sound on Zone 2 w/o DAC device

Excellent video and audio digital signal via HDMI connection to my Onkyo 4K 9.2 channel a/v receiver. Impressed with the improved video and sound of speakers connected to my main system. However, I was unable output sound to my Zone 2 amplifier thru the Onkyo. I subsequently discovered that Zone 2 on my home theater system requires an analog signal which is not provided by the Apple TV 4k unit or Onkyo - the a/v receiver only passes thru the signal. In order to pass sound to the Zone 2 amplifier, the solution was the installation of a DAC device between the Apple TV 4K unit and the a/v receiver to split the digital signal, providing HDMI to connect to a/v receiver and an analog connection to connect the Zone 2 amplifier. Apple should provide a DAC port of this device. - I can't be the only person that has remote speakers connected to an amplifier with analog connectors. The touch pad is too sensitive and found it not easily used. There should be a better way to control its sensitivity.

Still the best streaming device out there.

If you already have an iPhone or iPad then you can use either one to easily and quickly set up your new Apple TV. The interface seems to be so much more snappier due the the A15 updated chip. And I love the 128 GB storage on this one, double the amount on my older model which still works and has been moved to my kitchen television. I know some will think that I'm being petty but I took one star off because of the remote. They changed the way that you recharge the remote on this new unit. My older unit's remote charged via the USB to lighting cable which was INCLUDED with it. This new unit's remote charges using a USB to USB-C cable NOT included. I looked at the manual inside and it said NOT included. So now I am having to go out later and buy this cable because I don't have one just lying in a drawer somewhere. Fortunately the remote comes already charged up so I am able to use it right out of the box but eventually you'll need to charge that remote or use your iPhone as a remote. I just thought I would warn everyone now before your remote dies while in the middle of a movie. For the amount that I spent I think Apple could include a simple cheap charging cable that is different from what they have included with previous models. With that being said, I am NOT sorry that I made this purchase.

Surprisingly disappointed... a "Dud"!

I'm really thinking or hoping that I received a... "Dud"?? My current 2021 model has much better picture quality and transitions through screen selections just as fast as this new model "touts" to do! I'm returning this item asap! I definitely wouldn't invest the additional money for the disappointment that I experienced...

weak as delivery deliveries go.

one would expect a delivery to be delivered, not thrown or left in front an address for anyone literally on the street to just grab it ans walk away with an item i was billed 147.00 dollars for. why did i cancel membership with walmart plus? you cant be trusted to simply "deliver" something smaller than a brick.
