This is a great product especially if you have an iphone, ipad, or any mac computer. You can connect your phone to the apple tv, so the image is mirrored on your tv. You can download apps onto your apple tv. It turns a dumb tv into a smart tv.
Great
Works like it should
Loved it
This item arrived days before scheduled date and works just as I expected.
The refurbished Appletv works as expected but the remote came completely dead, and the battery compartment was difficult to open (I imagine that is why the battery wasn't changed during inspection). After some time, I was able to open and the battery compartment and replace the battery, but the battery cap and compartment were sticky, crusty and needed to be cleaned in order for the battery to make a connection. The unit itself works fine but it was also dirty and full of scratches and dents.
My first order came with no power cord and battery so I had to contact customer care and they sent me a second piece. Also sent me the FedEx return label. Second order comes with all the accessories and it is working fine without any issues.
Remote doesn't work or maybe it does and the apple product doesn't work
Will not connect and it shuts down all other connection when plugged up
I was so excited to get an Apple TV at such a great price and I've heard how stringent the policies are for selling refurbished Apple products so I was surprised when I pulled the product out of the box. The top was dirty with smeared fingerprints. I thought ok someone forgot to wipe it clean after they refurbished it. Nope, it didn't work...at all. Had to return. Apparently Apples standards for refurbishing their products are not as stringent as I thought.
