I use the alarm and timer function all the time. This is honestly a necessity for someone like me who struggles with remembering to do lists. Helps keep me on track and its great for students.

Absolutely love it. I love all the information it gives you, the reminder to breathe is really helpful
I like the watch, very self explanatory with instructions on how to assemble product and even came with an adjustable band that was a little bigger than average. I didn't not realize until later but was relieved because I was already on the hunt for a bigger band for the bigger than average size wrist band. The activation was very simple and even gives you guides and navigation tips to help you learn your watch and buttons.
