Have just had the freezer for a couple of weeks but is working fine. Walmart's delivery was fast and the freezer was double-boxed which helped keep it in new condition upon its delivery.
This is just the size and price I wanted to store meat. I have another smaller one for veggies. It's working fine. I wish I have purchased one from the store because it came with 2 small dents on one side, and I could've have been able to inspect it.
This Freezer works great and is definitely a best buy for growing families! Works very well and is not noisy, overly frosty, or cheap. It is great quality for the price!
I shopped around at the local box stores for a smaller chest freezer. Wasn't too happy with their prices or service. Checked WalMart.com and the price couldn't be beat! The freezer was delivered, on my front porch two days later free of charge. Should have checked there first! Couldn't be happier!
Love the freezer but like everyone else mine came in damage on the corner but it works and it took months to get one so I'm not returning it . But it seems the damage happen before it was box up because I always inspect the outside of big purchases and there was no visible damage to the carton so please do better job packaging up your freezers
It shipped quickly and was in excellent condition when it arrived. It is set up in my garage. Super quiet and lots of room inside. I am very pleased with this purchase!
However when I received the freezer it had been dropped. Was on the back corner so not noticeable when I put it in my kitchen. I was going to return the item but after reading other reviews of this happening to others it appeared that the next one might be worse. Sounds like a shipping problem of bigger items. Plus it was out of stock and I wanted the same one because of the size and the price was very reasonable. Upon keeping the freezer, I am very happy with it! Got cold within a couple of hours and maintained the temperature I set it at. Have not had any problems with it!!
This freezer works so good. This is my second one. I keep my white one filled in my garage. I keep my black one thats filled in my cafe collection kitchen.
Reasonably priced. Works well so far. Wish it locked. The only problem was a very noticeable dent in the front of the unit by the thermostat. Pick up from the store if possible.
IM GIVING THIS 2 stars. DELIVERY WAS FAST, but WHEN I GOT MY (BLACK) ARTIC KING DEEP FREEZER TODAY FROM FEDEX I HAD A DENT ON THE FRONT AND THE SIDE. I dont want to return it since they dokt have anymore in stock so i guess im keeping it. I PLUG IT IN AND IT WAS COLD WITHIN 2-3 hrs and i got to fill it up. Its a noxe freezer and not heavy. They just need to be more carful with delivery or put more foam inside box so it doesnt get damaged. I read all these comments about how peoples got deliver to them damaged and YEP its true you will probably get damage on yours as well. It came from NY to Indiana so it was a kinda long trip.
