Brand new item in sealed manufacturer packaging. Exactly as expected. Installed with no hassle. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Installation was easy., good picture quality and app is user friendly. We added the solar panel for convenience.
If mount is placed under eaves which requires a 90 degree tilt the “tabs” that tighten the mount do not clear the camera body. The ad photo suggests that the camera body has a mounting receptacle on the bottom of the camera, don't know what version of camera they used, but the cameras I have only have 1 and its on the back. What bothers me the most is that the camera is not secure at all camera theft is a real possibility. I will continue to look.
