Had it install 4 months now and covered it with a 5/8' plywood. very easy system to put together. should take no more than 15minutes max.
Well built, easy to assembly. It adds support and stability to the shex5
Purchased for a shed we moved from another house. Great fit, easy to put together.
This building is being utilized in a Municipal Shelter to store food for animals. It is anchored to the concrete and sealed at the base. It is quite spacious, and the doors slide quite easily. It is sturdy and should do great with the winds we get in the area. Our shed does have the heavy duty roofing. The food will now be safe from "uninvited critters." It went up in a day with a crew of 4 volunteers. We love the size and access is easy. I will serve us well for many years to come!
Went together easy. No muss, no fuss.
good deal
I purchased the floor frame kit instead of incurring the cost of pouring concrete. It was easy to install.
This foundation would be great if I had been sent the shed storage shed that fits on top of it. I'm concerned I'll have a foundation without a shed, hopefully that issue can resolved quickly
I bought this ion September for the shed I also bought. It was delivered quickly and the box looked like it survived shipping nicely. I had a number of projects on the go and so didn't actually use it until late November. When I went to use it, I was slightly disappointed to see how flimsy it looked and had my doubts as to how it would hold up. We laid it out according to instructions after the shed was erected. As you can imagine, the space to walk while levelling the floor frame was limited. And for a guy with size 14/15 work boots...needless to say cross members did get stepped on and as anticipated they easily bent. After "refitting" the cross members (including repairs) it was finally time to bring in the wood to form the floor. And you guessed it...cross members got stepped on while we carried in the larger sheets of wood - and once again had to be fixed and refitted. In the end, the wood stabilized the framing of the floor and it is now a workable floor. Not exactly solidly sturdy (there is some give in the floor making it feel a little springy), but acceptable as it is keeping the wood off the ground - even with patio furniture and more stored in the shed.
When we ordered our shed on line, we knew that we wanted a floor inside. The description of the froor kit made it difficult to determine if it was going to be needed or not. To cover my bases I went ahead and ordered a shed with the floor base. It's not really needed and it comes billed separate from the building so I am going to request an RMA and return it if possible this would be my only complaint. A wood floor was my best bet for the location I chose to place my shed.
