I love this thing!!! Have gotten it several times. I will say once the original battery dies and you replace it with a battery of your own, it doesn't last long. Unfortunately this time, from this seller, it arrived in a semi open box with no battery or cleaning brush. Just a darn shell. I'm not happy and won't be getting one from here ever again.
It's great working just like 1st one I had but the color is NOT true to the circle where you pic color which is aqua and the pic on laptop looks steel blue but the real item on right, as you see, is more gray. I was hoping for the aqua but not even close. Also my 1st one was rechargeable. This just has a battery so hope it doesn't go down real fast.
Bought this as a Christmas present for a family member who asked for one. Appeared to be the orginal as seen on tv flawless. Well it came in and it looked like the box was previously opened so I opened the packaging then looked inside and it was missing the little brush and the battery. It only came with instructions and shaved itself with two additional empty spots. And not to mention I ordered the black one so fingerprints are very noticeable, and it it was covered in them. Very disappointed in this.
This is literally the cheapest item I have ever purchased and by far not even close to the real Flawless. Didnt even come with a battery. I have one and purchased this crap for my daughter. They should be ashamed.
Photo on left is what I ordered. Photo on right is what I received! New spelling of “flawless” to FLAWZBSS”! Cheap junk knockoff. Shame on you for thinking customers are dumb enough not to notice. Box and interior packaging look used. Not sure if I want to return it or contact Consumer Fraud Services here in Michigan and keep it for them to see. Wal-Mart needs to do a better job of screening out fraudulent sellers like this place.
Received my item today and I am very disappointed. Miss advertisement, showed that it was going to be a flawless in a Box, it is not, Was also supposed to be hot pink it is not it is baby pink I did not want baby pink I wanted hot pink. it is a single item wrapped in bubble wrap with a piece of paper that tells you how to change the head on it and does not even tell you where to get them at.
I should have known when I paid $9 for this item it was too good to be true. It's a flimsy piece of plastic garbage that won't turn on. There are no instructions on how to put in batteries and feels too light to have a battery in it( it's supposed to)
These are NOT authentic Flawless Hair Remover tools!!!!!!!!! I bought this to replace one that I already had. My old one is the lighter more subtle pink on the left and it actually says "Flawless" on it. The fake one is slightly larger, shaped more rounded at the top than the real one and the motor on it is much louder! It did come in a box that said Flawless, but my previous REAL one came in a hard plastic casing, not a flimsy box. Very disappointing!
I bought and received this facial hair remover product and was very disappointed! The only thing that worked was the little light on the side and it was very cheaply made! I believe I received some kind of knock off. I ordered a FLAWLESS and received FLAWLBSS!!
