I would have given this product 5 stars but had a terrible time trying to figure out how to fill it with water. Could not get the lid to come off and that is a problem. My cat loves drinking out of it and it is nice to not have to put out fresh water every day or two.
I picked this up yesterday, everything seemed fine once the kittens got use to it. But over night all the water ran out all over the floor.
I finally had to throw this product out when it continually leaked water all over my floor. I tried to fix it several times, but nothing worked. Don't waste your money.
LEAKS ALLOVER THE FLOOR, DON'T BUY THIS!
