Just bought this and was delivered in excellent condition. Everything works great. Haven't had a cool enough night yet to use on Lanai but will soon. Have powered up and heat output seems to be very nice.
We purchased this heater for our seasonal room of the kitchen, great heater and really like the option of switching from one element to two elements to better control the heat output, our weather is still on the warm side so haven't put it to the test yet however we have used this heater on a cool night and we are very pleased with the amount of heat produced by this unit, seems to be well constructed with a heavy base which keeps it very stable, great design.
We purchased the Fire Sense 1500 Watt aspen halogen electric patio heater because we like to sit out at night to relax. We often will be out when it is 30 degrees and the heater keeps us very comfortable. the heater is quiet, easy to move around, and works better than I had even hoped. I strongly recommend this heater. It also looks good. The base is very heavy to keep heater upright and secure.
Our heater recently arrived after a 3-month sell-out back order and we couldn't be happier with the look of it...it arrived broken on shipment but we can't wait to exchange it as it looks like it will work great. It's so sleek and stylish compared to bulky heaters out there.
An absolute dangerous piece of junk. Both heating elements exploded with five minutes of startup. As it was delivered by Wayfair I called their customer service. They gave me an immediate total refund and asked me to discard the product. Great customer service. Would have been safer going with propane heat.
