This intuitive design allows for more precision than a conical tip, improving frequency response, phase response, and lowering distortion. The nude rounded shank construction has a lower mass than bonded styli and tracks more accurately. The grain oriented nude styli last longer than your typical styli.</p><p><strong>Dual Magnet Design</strong></p><p>The Vertical Dual Magnet on the VM530EN Phonograph Cartridge uses the 90° V-Shape of the cutter head. Two transducer coils are mounted in each wall of the 90° record groove. The dual V Mount magnet configuration delivers outstanding channel separation, extended frequency response as well as superb tracking and low distortion, giving you outstanding tonal and sound quality.
