These are surprisingly outstanding. They are soft and delicious. They're probably not the most healthy bread and they don't last very long before they start to mold (probably because the moist nature of the product which is good), but they are excellent while they last.
These are the best buns ever! Our entire family loves them. They are split but not cut all the way through so food like meatball sandwiches are easier to manage. You can finish cutting them all the way through easily. They also toast up great for warm toasted pizza breads or sandwiches. The longer shape makes it fun while they are not oversized and too much. We have had hot/cold sandwiches, meatball, toasted pizza, chipped beef, ham salad and more with these buns. Will always purchase these!
They were fresh but tasted very weird and sour like they were bad. No one could stand to eat them, so they were thrown away. I'm not sure if it was a fluke or if they are always bad. I won't try again.
This is not a sub bun and is certainly not a super sub bun. It is flat and very narrow. The other review that said it is a long hot dog bun is exactly right. If you are buying foot long hot dogs these would be ok. But for a sub they are to be avoided.
Theses are molded
Got 2 bags in a pick up and one of them was molded.
When i took the buns out of bag they were molded almost black. I want to kno why someone who is bagging these could possibly miss it. That person needs a new job. I always have said how well you all do but gagged me!
