It works well and could be used for several different brands of automatic monitors by using the tube fitting from an existing small cuff.
If you work with your hands and arms, lift weights or just have large biceps, this cuff will work for you. It's range of fit is small enough for most women but large enough for guys like me. I rated value a three because you shouldn't have to buy this replacement cuff. The automatic blood pressure instrument manufacturer should make this their standard cuff instead of assuming we are all small armed.
Good product. Works with my ReliOn bp meter. fits well. The one that comes with the meter is a little too small to get accurate readings - the velcro comes apart. This new one is plenty big! Larger velcro area and overall larger size so I can make it smaller or very large.
The Reli-on automatic blood presure gauge came with a small cuff that I could barley get around my arm. This works great and gives much more accurate and consistant readings. well worth the money.

I have a extra large arm and this fits perfect. It does its job and I am pleased with it.
I bought this a couple of weeks ago to use with the ReliOn Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor (HEM-741CREL) It seems to work much better, and gives me more consistent readings than the one that came with the machine. The cuff that came with the machine supposedly works with arms up to 16 inches in diameter. My arm is only 15 inches around, but the cuff barely fit, and would pop-off half the time while it was inflating. The original cuff only had a 1 1/2 inch wide strip of velcro to hold it in place. The large arm cuff has a strip that is 4 inches wide. The large arm cuff holds securely and has plenty of extra material to allow you to fine tune the cuff and make it fit "right." I'd say its construction seems to be a little better quality than the one than came with the unit. My only complaint is that the machine should have come with this arm cuff, and I shouldn't have spend extra money to get one that works right.
Not enough infformation provided in product description. Indicated cuff was for use with automatic pb monitor but does not fit the model we have. Paperwork inadvertently thrown away so stuck with a bp cuff that doesn't work with our equpment. Pretty useless. Had the models for which the cuff can be used been provided, I would never have ordered in the first place.
Product was an additional blood pressure cuff for my automatic blood pressure machine, It was NOT the correct cuff for my machine as stated. It does not even connect.
