I just got this heater. It was very easy to put together and it fired right up. It was 100 in San Diego yesterday so did not have a chance to evaluate how well it heats but it seemed to put out a lot of additional heat for the couple of minutes I had it on.
Easy to install. Starts right up. This is a quality product. Heavy stainless construction.

Set this up in no time. Instructions are easy to understand and took less than 30 mins to have it in working order. You might want to secure it to something if using it outside, to prevent it from tipping over if it gets windy. The initial start up took little patience, the pilot did not want to start up. We've been using it since we got it in and our guests enjoy watching football games with us outside because of it.
I agree with another reviewer that this is not as sturdy as it could be - I have it secured against my deck railing rather than rely on the small base to keep it from blowing over. That's really my only ""con"" for it. It heats very well, good temperature range, looks nice, and I have never had any issues whatsoever lighting the pilot or the main burner. I have recommended this to several friends.
Would be nice if somewhere in the assembly manual it actually told you what size natural gas hose you need to buy

Arrived without a Gas Hose or Regulator. Been calling and emailing ever since and have received no help. This is ridiculous !!!
