I took these for nearly a year and then stopped. Just lazy. Then within 6 months I started having UTIs again and again. My doctor said go back on the cranberry to see if the problem gets better. I went back to taking these and two months later I'm having fewer UTIs. I am convinced this is why.

Best item ever
I depend on cranberry supplements to prevent infections as I tend to be prone to them. That and encouraging fluids seem to take care of me. I find AZO does the best job with out side effects or change in urine color, that's always a plus.

well I've been taking this for about a week now. I started it basically for preventative measures and the fact that I know that cranberry is very healthy for your kidneys and urinary tract. I don't eat them that often except during the holidays so I thought I would give this a try since I'm 71 years old I can always use a little boost. azo is a good brand. it's been around a long time in manufacturing health supplements. that's what I look for reputation, feedback that's positive and then personal use of my own so far I can say that I highly recommend this in today's society we do not drink enough water and sometimes you can cause problems to our health. drinking water or take a couple every day and your kidneys will be fine lay off the alcohol. you're not only hurting your kidneys but you are killing your liver and your brain!

Ladies if you have continuous UTI take 2 everyday and that will take care of it. I was having serious problem and it solved the problem. I take just Azo, no other ones.
Literally prevents UTIs for me and so easy to take. This product was recommended to me by a urologist and it's been so helpful. I used to have bladder pain after drinking carbonation and now I don't. It's amazing!
Helps keep my pH balanced and prevent any UTI's. I'm always busy and don't trust any other brand than AZO, Cranberry helps and it's packed with Vitamin C %26 Cranberry and as long as I drink enough water, which I usually do while I'm running around on my unit at my job, I keep my Cirkul water bottle at arm's reach at all times, being a nurse and taking care of all my patients, I have had many Urinary Tract Infections from not having enough water intake and throwing my pH balance off, so I tried some different brands while increasing my water intake but AZO is the best, I have tried different types of AZO products to prevent the symptoms of bladder frequency, burning sensation when urinating etc. I also combine a good Probiotic and try to remember to take it everyday, some are expensive, I usually use Spring Valley 60ct which are a good price but my new favorite probiotic is Happy Hoo-Ha! By Olly which has cranberry in it as well as necessary amount of probiotics. I still take 1 cranberry gel tablet instead of 2 (the bottle I bought of 120 is a 60 day supply, calls for 2 a day) and 1 of the Olly Probiotics capsule l.
