I have owned three different harnesses. This one is my favorite. I like being able to unhook the strap that the parent holds from the back and leave the chest part on so my child can do an activity. Then I can quickly put the strap back on with just a quick clip. It isn't hot like the back pack ones. We had no problems with tangling. It worked great for our child going to disney world and wanting to walk. You can use this for sitting in high chairs and strapping in too but we never tried it. So I don't know if that part worked. Overall a great harness if your child will be walking and doing activities and doesn't want a "long tail" dragging behind him while not needing to be held on by the parent. Also my child was unable to get this off like he did with other Velcro ones.
The harness was way to small for him.i was so disappointed
I gave this a 4 star because it seems secure and serves its purpose. I haven't used the chair straps...just the harness with tether. It bunches up a little but seems comfortable enough for him (14 mo old) so he gets to walk more when we are out.
It is good but the materials is no strong, looks like a weak plastic It is for babies safety
My son is 14 mo old: 20lbs, 30 inches tall. Just walked 7 steps today and I thought- wow I need a harness! It fit well except it rides up the chest and under the arms. There is NO easy way to detach the "leash" from the harness for play time. I wish Walmart still sold the monkey one: that was great!
I finally used this harness and we are very pleased. I purchased this product so I can always have our toddler at hand when he wants to walk.
I wanted to like this but I did not. It's a tangled mess and is impossible to put this on in a hurry. The instructions were vague and there was not clear spot to but the handle.
This item is not durable or sturdy. Poor quality. Would not recommend.
I like that it's small for a 1-year-old.What I don't like is how it's put together in the back where you attach the leash to the haryes.Because you can't II had to redo the whole thing all over again.I am stitched it and I re attached it to the way it should be.
This harness is a MESS. Not worth $10 at all. The instructions were horrible, they were very difficult to understand, and trying to figure out how the straps for the stroller, highchair, chair, etc. was beyond frustrating. At this point I've just chalked it up to having a plain harness leash and extra parts for nothing. Wish this product and instructions were thought of better before being sold.
