this is the best pack n play. i am so impressed. it can be a little challenging to assemble at first but it is well worth it. it is very cute and very cheap. you are getting a steal for the price. my son loves his and he takes it to his Mawmaw's and his Mimi's all the time. it is great!
We have a similar pack n play unit in our home by Baby Trend, so we decided to purchase another unit for when the baby visits my mom. It is a good product and having the bassinet is a plus. The price is adequate. My only issue is that the mobile does not turn (without manually turning it ourselves) nor does it play music. Our other unit has a mobile that turns and plays music, a feature my daughter enjoys. As a result, we have to manually turn the mobile ourselves and use another item for music.
Absolutely the best. i'm very happy with this playard. it fits my decor beautifully. its soft and the toys are a nice touch. i'm able to break it down easily and take it to my moms and she loves it too. I'm trying to get her to buy 1 too.
THere are similar baby trend models with 5 * rating while lots of people have complained here about the lack of ease of setup. I decided to buy this one because it was cute and after all i could return it if it didnt work out. The setup was a bit tricky (if you do things in the wrong order, it will not work) until i read the manual. Not a big deal once you have set it up. Waiting for the baby and i dont have much to say on how useful it is going to be. The construction looks solid compared to some other playyards i have seen on display.
I LOVE IT. MY BABY LOVES IT. IT IS SAFE AND STURDY AND THE BABY IS ONLY 2 MONTHS OLD SO I CANNOT REALLY COMMENT ON THE DURABILITY PART YET, BUT CONSIDERING IT IS STURDY AND ONLY FOR A BABY, I AM SURE IT WILL WITHSTAND USAGE. IT WILL PROBABLY BE GOOD ENOUGH TO PASS ON TO SOMEONE ELSE.
I ordered this online for our daughter who is due in September, well when i saw it in the store it had the changing table attachment that came with it, so I ordered it online (store was out of stock) when it came in all I had to do was pull it out the box and open it! It was already put together! :) however, it did not have the changing attachment... i guess that was partially my fault because i didnt read the description thoroughly before I ordered it, but there also isnt another one like this on walmart.com that has the changer......so i dont know where the one in the store came from, so I was dissapointed.... debating on taking it back....
We had our son the day of Hurricane Irene, and when we went home two days later, the power was still out at our house so we attempted to pack up everything to go to our parnets, but the $200 pack and play we had set up in our room would not break down. It broke trying to get it down so we went to walmart to just get something and this one was a good price and matched our theme, it was very easy to set up. I obviously do not know how to unpack it and can't get it down lol. But I use it as a clean laundry dump anyways haha. Its nice and plan on using it much more as a play pin rather than a crib.
I purchased this product to use with my son at home and at his grandma's for daycare. The inital set up was fairly easy; however, after only one use (the very first time we broke it down for transport) the product broke. One side will not latch and does not stay in place. I am extremely disappointed with my purchase.
Bassinet is terrible. Material on the corner tore after one month. "Mattress pad" crumples up and the cardboard sections overlap each other when you put a pack 'n play sheet on it... there is about a 2 inch gap on both ends with the sheet on it. VERY DIFFICULT TO BREAK DOWN AND SET UP. This is NOT one hand set up or tear down. More like, "frustrated father finally uses flying knee to get the stupid thing to stay up." Extremely dissatisfied. The only thing I like is the hanging diaper/wipes holder.
The Baby Trend Play Yard Jungle Friends is the most horribly designed product I have ever owned. Poor quality, hard to assemble and not baby-friendly at all. I very much regret buying this product.
