Glides right through the hair and takes little effort. I have thick, long, curly, course hair, and this is the first one that took only 30 minutes to do my entire hair start to finish! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I've tried many flat irons and this by far is my favorite! It feels sturdy and works amazing it leaves my hair smooth and shiny it does not pull my hair It does get hot but I like that. Ok I am a flat iron junkie and I have tried about 7 different models at this point from GHD, Conair, CHI and more and I have to say that the Babyliss line is amazing!I did so much research and asked my friends on FB and everyone has different opinions and most said they loved GHD especially professional hair stylists but my own hair stylist used this exact iron on my hair and it was left so shiny so I had to buy babyliss. So I tried the Nano Titanium and the extra thin flat iron and now this one the Prima 3000 and this is my favorite it's thick and chunky but not heavy and sturdy and quality working. My hair is shiny smooth it gets pretty hot so start off at the low temp and work your way up. Make sure you buy authentic be careful for counterfeits they will fry your hair I am speaking from experience. I am very happy that i chose Jet to purchase by Babyliss and I LOVE IT!! Try it!
Upgraded my flat iron and decided to get this limited addition with curling iron! No regrets if you love your hair you will love this! What a difference it has made already. Smooth silky hair back without the dry flat iron ends.

Love it! The difference between this one an my old one is remarkable. This just glides through my hair where the old one pulled it out!. Before I opened the box, I sent a picture to my hair stylist to make sure it was not a knock off and he said "yep, that's the same one I use". Great purchase. I am very pleased. So disappointed in this iron. After learning the correct temp to use that would straighten my hair without burning it, it died after nearly a year of use. I did not use this iron every day, so it definitely should have lasted longer than a year.
FAKE PRODUCT!! Warning, this is not a Babyliss straightener, I received this product and there is no label anywhere on the product stating that it's babyliss (as shown in the picture you can see at the bottom the brand and name of product are on the straightner for real Babyliss products) don't buy! The straightener also does not work like the real one, as I've used the brand name product before. It's not the same quality.
Do not buy! This was a knock off Babyliss flat iron. The box came damaged, there was only 1 flatiron and it wasn't a Babyliss, it was an imitation.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! It is fake, it is not a Babyliss!
