This device is absolutely amazing! I was hesitant that it would work, but I figured for the great low price at Sam's, why not? My hair is thin, fine and straight. Will not hold a curl for anything. With this, it is soooo incredibly easy. Did not tangle my hair at all. Just divide into 1” sections and it does the rest. 3 curl settings, 3 heat settings and 3 curl directions. My hair stayed curled all day and into the next day, without looking dry or damaged. Took 10 min to achieve healthy, bouncy, perfect curls. Highly recommend!
I like it, takes about an hour but it's worth it and cost is recovered because I don't have to pay a stylist $20-40 to do!
It does exactly as described. Easy to use. I do have thick hair that is straight, so I do use the middle to high temperature only. I also use the longest timer so that the curls do stay in longer.
I haven't been able to achieve the loose curl and beach wave styles w a wand curling iron or flat iron with much success. This device gave me success on my first attempt. It will only curl a 1 inch or smaller section of hair, so it's not quick but it is effective. Curls and soft waves held and even looked good on day two. My hair is fine but thick and a little longer than shoulder length.
This is such a great curler. There is really no way to mess up your hair style. Multidirectional, multiple temperatures and steam or no steam.

This exceeded my expectations. It was much easier than I anticipated. It does take a bit of learning time. My only negative is the time, temp and rotation are written inside so small that I can not even see them with a magnify glass. I am not sure what I am on and there is nothing that I saw in the instructions the clarified.

This is so easy to use! I was surprised at how well the curls turned out! I have fine semi-wavy hair and the lowest heat setting worked great. I was able to curl my hair quickly and effortless. I used it to do my daughters hair too and the curls looked amazing. Definitely a great buy!
I'm sure this will work if you have long hair and someone to do for you. Don't touch your fingers are head with roller as it is really hot. It went back to Sam's.
