These were a huge hit in my house! They crisp up beautifully in our convection oven. The cheese gets nice and crisp on the edges but gooey and melty in the center. It hits that craving for pizza at a moments notice and is a perfect kid sized snack or lunch option, especially as I go into homeschooling. What I loved most about them is that theyre small and can be made in batches to avoid food waste! My girls love their food very crispy so we used the air fryer and it takes less than 12 mins to get their lunch done. that leaves them plenty of time to enjoy their cheesy bites before being back in class. the flavor is a good mix of salty and sweet as well as being paletable for the girl a. it must look great or they won't eat it! Can you believe I have never tried Bagel Bites to my recollection? They were all the rage when I was a kid, but it wasnt something that ever seemed to show up at my house. I picked up the cheese kind because my kids arent the biggest fans of pepperoni. I have to say I was impressed! The sauce wasnt too robust, but also not too sweet. They came out just as well from my oven as they did from the air fryer. Most importantly, the kids ate them up and asked for more!
