I ordered a bolt of burgundy tulle from a national chain fabric/craft store, paid over $60 and when it arrived it was purple. When I saw that Balsa Circle offered burgundy tulle for $20 a bolt (actually paid $16 with 20% off coupon) and all other burgundy items I had purchased matched, I gave it a shot. The tulle is a beautiful burgundy and again matches purfectly!
Love the color love the quantity and the quality
Soft, fluffy, exactly what I needed. It is a looser weave with more structure to it, so I would say better for tutus and costumes as opposed to a casual skirt or something. The color is a soft baby blue

This tulle is 1/3 the price of the same tulle at a national fabric/craft store. What a great bargain for an item that can get expensive in a hurry when used in decorations for a wedding.
