this chicken is amazing but if you are expecting Kentucky fried chicken, then go buy Kentucky fried chicken. Obviously is not the same. Don't be cheap want better quality then pay for it.
Only 4 pieces of chicken
14" dollars and you get 4 over breaded pieces of crap, yes 4 pc's of chicken in a 15 dollar family sized box of chicken, what a ripoff, and the quality has gone over the cliff to what it once was, I thought it was a fluke, so I bought it 2 more times and yes, 4 pieces of chicken WOW!! NEVER again will I buy this or any Banquet foods.....
I used to love Banquit chicken when I was younger in the 80%2690s. Just bought a $15 box of chicken with 4 breast%26thighs pieces%26 2 legs. I made 2 thick sandwiches with the 1 breast. I literally didn't taste any chicken, just a bunch of crunchy breading with no taste. I'll never buy anything made by Banquet again%26 I want my $15 back. I do a lot of business with Walmart%26 will get my money back. You sell terrible food to people that go from one week to the next. Your potpies should be banned from consumption. If you haven't noticed I'm angry, You've been around since I was born in 1953, at one time you sold chickens with meat on them but not anymore.
total trash not getting anywhere close to package weight 7 oz takes it down to 35oz food.. defrost chicken before cooking takes it down another 8 oz now down to 28oz of chicken neckbone completely unedible with 4 oz breading total weight on that 6.4 oz .. actual product 5 pieces of chicken weighing in at 21 oz .. wow.. banquet used to be quality. i will never buy any item from banquet again. sad
It was the most disgusting thing I ever seen. Could not tell the pieces what it was bit into it it was It was disgusting, do not buy this ever. straight up disgusting.
We bought 2 boxes at $14.48 each. Each had 4 legs and I couldn't identify the others. Looked like odd shaped thighs. When bitten, it was evident they were backbone pieces with small rib bones attached. Needless to say-it was trashed. This could have easily been an emergency choking incident. Hopefully this is an isolated incident, otherwise…Not a product to be served to kids!!
The box states "assorted pieces". For $11.48 a box, I thought it my contain more than just 8 legs, one decent breast, a small breast and 3 very small thighs. Never buy anything from Banquet again.
I didn't want to believe the bad reviews here and decided to try these for myself. I used to eat Banquet TV dinners often enough. These taste nothing like those and are strange salty cardboard-tasting lumps. The breading taste bad and the chicken has an almost sour taste. This is not the Banquet we grew up with. Also way overpriced it was like $12-14 dollars for 4 lumps of chicken. I think it was a wing, leg and thigh and then one big strange piece I am guessing is supposed to be a breast? The meat is gray and slimy, unappetizing and inedible. I deboned, de-breaded and fed the remainder to my cat, he didn't complain but then again he licks his own bootyhole. 4 pieces for $12-14 dollars better off buying 8 pieces from Walmart Deli that is already hot and fresh for nearly half the price. If you are wanting tasty fried chicken this isn't it. Safe to say, will not be buying again.
This chicken was horrible. Pieces were low grade The pieces were unidentifiable except for a back. Gross, I thought banquet could be trusted with feeding my family and it surprises me that Walmart carry such a low grade despicable product at such a high cost.
