Extremely Disappointed

Wow, where do I start? The materials are all extremely cheap and flimsy. I broke the heads off two of the mounting screws and one of the set screws. The set screw and one of the mounting screws I broke using a regular screwdriver, not a power drill. The set screws are all that hold the thing together. The metal in the tubing is extremely thin and the chrome finish is easily scratched and scuffed. The shower head it comes with is 100% plastic. I have a 60" tub, so I ordered the 60" kit. Once it was assembled, the measurement from bracket to bracket was almost 65". Since my tub is in a corner I had to CUT almost three inches off the front and back bars to make it fit and get the shower riser to line up with the faucet. The actual measurements don't match up with the measurements listed in the product specifications on the website. I'm sure modifying it to fit voids the one year warranty, too. Also, it came with no instructions or paperwork whatsoever. Honestly I expected more for what I paid. I would have been better off going to the hardware store and buying the fittings to make my own, and probably could have done it cheaper. Should have returned it as soon as I opened the box.
