Doesn't hurt the dog, and it works. Not only that but one time and he quit the intense barking inside in my ear. When he starts I tell him and no and touch the muzzel. Great item, well worth the price.

Right size but still difficult to keep on dog
Im sure this is a great product sizing is a bit different than what i read about. I have a boxer but should have ordered a size 4 instead of a 5.
It's a good sturdy material, only thing I didn't like was that I thought buying a muzzle with a strap on the head instead of just around would make it harder for my dog to take it off. But within a couple minutes she pulled her snout out of it. We couldn't size down since she's a smaller Rottweiler and her snout is chubbier and sizing up didn't fit her at all but did fit her brother!(:
Working better than the fabric muzzles I bought from the pet store. The only problem is the collar is to easy to get loose. My dog waits till I'm not looking and pulls the mask. After a few tries she loosens the collar and gets it off.
Takes to much time to put on, I tried it one time and gave up.
