I have been using a custom made music stand for my Beamz, but this is the real deal. Work great and is made of the highest quality. Highly recommend for the serious Beamz user.
I bought the Beamz Music Laser Player for my home but especially for my high-functioning autistic grandson and down syndrome son. I did some research on the player before buying and noticed some negative reviews. However, they were from what appeared to be professional musicians looking for an enhancer to their work. I am not nor are my relatives professionals and this was strictly a sensory device to assist them on a therapeutic and entertainment level. The Beamz is a moderate-sized player and sitting it on a table did not seem ergonomically efficient. This stand was the ideal substitute. It is vertically adjustable and very sturdy. The device screws on from the bottom with four easy to twist on screws that come with the stand. The stand also swivels a full 360 degrees for ease and comfort. It is lightweight and makes porting the player quite easy. I caught the player on sale (deep savings compared to other net sites), surfed up and downloaded the Digital DJ software for free, and use my laptop with the setup! Everyone loves it...especially those for whom I purchased it! All around a good, safe, long-term, enjoyable, and therapeutic investment! I am glad I did it!
